wad a tiring day ,
today went for the first ITE college east basketball training ,
and its the most tiring training among all the the training i had went ,
the warm up can make me feel like dying ,
and the training is jus 20% ,
the coach is nt a human man i swear ,
from 5pm till 8pm ,
sit up ,
pumping ,
all others ,
tats was crazy mother acc hole !
